What projects do you carry out?
Our projects vary in size, often determined by the types of services. The projects we love are rooted in deep strategic thinking that generates real business impact, always guided by beautiful design.

What budget do you need?
We offer both “off-the-shelf” and “tailor-made” solutions, so we have the right prices for every type of scenario.
Most of our complete projects range from $6,000 to $90,000, but project costs will depend on the final scope of work and will vary from project to project.
We generally have a minimum project size of €6,000. In the first contacts we will help you to define the most suitable solutions for your needs.
We prefer to agree on a fixed cost with milestone payments agreed with your natural development.
How long does a project take on average?
A web design and development project can take approximately 12 to 14 weeks, while the transfer of the brand to the web environment and the marketing activities in a launch campaign can take 6 months or more. There are always ways to consider business objectives (such as staggered launches), so even if your timelines don’t match this, it’s always worth contacting us.
Can you start immediately?
Project initiation often involves work on the part of the client to reach agreement, collect data and begin answering questionnaires. There will also be a general incorporation including project management and project schedule. In addition, we will have an internal kick-off meeting to make sure everything is aligned. The customer kick-off meeting is the first milestone, and usually takes place one to two weeks after the agreement is signed.
I love your work, but I don't see experience in my industry.
Over the past few years, we have been fortunate to work with a variety of industries and brands both B2B and B2C. We pride ourselves on not focusing on a single industry and bringing our experience from multiple sectors to every project. This is something that sets XbitAgency apart.
Do you work with predefined models?
No. We pride ourselves on our design and development solutions customized to the needs of the project. Often, templates are full of redundant code and other problems that arise later in the process.

We are fortunate to receive a considerable number of inquiries from both our network of contacts and our . We are therefore in a privileged position to carefully select our collaborators:

Do you work with international customers?
Yes. Our customers are located everywhere from Europe and Asia to Latin America. We love to immerse ourselves in new countries, cultures and businesses. Some clients prefer collaborative Slack channels and a few weekly calls. Our process is not negotiable, but our communication is. Learn more about our process here.
Do you provide ongoing support?
PostRelease is a fundamental part of our business and ensures the success of the project over time. We offer not only the expected maintenance and security, but also design and marketing support.
